Shipping & Returns
SHIPPING
For orders within the United States, we offer shipping either through the United States Postal Service (USPS) or FedEx Express. For the USPS, you may select either First Class Mail (3-5 business days) or Priority Mail (3 business days). You may also select FedEx 2-Day shipping or FedEx Overnight shipping. All shipping costs are displayed for you during the checkout process. Please note that FedEx is not able to deliver to a PO Box.
For any international orders (locations anywhere outside of the United States), we offer expedited shipping with FedEx Express.
For orders outside of the United States, please note that we are not responsible to cover any taxes/duty/Value Added Tax (VAT), etc. that your country may charge.
We do our best to get your package delivered to you within the estimated times. Please note that we have no control over any shipping services and we will not be held responsible for delays that may occur, such as inclement weather. If you require your order to arrive before a specific date, we highly recommend selecting one of the Express shipping options during checkout.
Once we prepare your package for shipment, an automatic email will be sent to the email address you provided with your tracking number. You can then visit either USPS or FedEx and enter the provided tracking number into their system.
Our processing time to prepare your order to ship is typically 24-36 hours from the time the order is placed. Once your order is ready, we will ship it out to the address you entered during the checkout process. If you entered your email correctly, you will receive an email notification that informs you that your package has been shipped. If you don't see that email, please check your spam folder.
RETURNS
If our product does not meet your expectations in any way, we will gladly offer you a refund on any unworn items. Our policy allows for a 30-day return (from the date of receipt) and a 100% refund on the cost of the item purchased. Contact us and we will provide you with the needed information to do a refund as well as a prepaid return shipping label to send it back to us free of cost.
Please allow 1-3 business days to process your item upon arrival at our facility. For credit card refunds, please allow 10-15 days for the refund to be reflected on your account, excluding any shipping fees from your original order.
